The hotel's location was great and decent, really close to Hereford House restaurant. Our quadruple room was complete with comfortable beds, the bathroom.

Cold hot tub that needs to be resurfaced (scratched backs) The cost of the facility should include free breakfasts. Renovations during stay shut down elevator and hallway.

The beds were small, not the queen sized advertised. The place was under construction the pool was the size of a hot tub. Not very comfortable

This accommodation had a suburban setting to the KC area. Besides, it was close to many good restaurants, sports venues, and restaurants, malls. I had excellent fresh fruit, cookies, pastries and bacon in the morning.

Bed super comfortable, nice clean room.
The front desk staff seemed distracted or disinterested in guests, not welcoming, friendly or helpful at all. Not one smile in 3 trips to front desk, no real greeting or closure to conversations. My husband and myself could not understand why there is no option for continental breakfast, yogurt or fruit, cereal or toast with coffee or tea at no cost. The overpriced hot breakfast huge disappointment.
